Fresh fish, huge range of choices, creative combinations. Just moved from SF and this beats all there!
Excellent sushi and contemporary Japanese food. Everything we ordered was perfect and outstanding. Presentation was appealling and we will definitely go back.
Food was average at best. The service was terrible. The overall atmosphere was nothing special. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good sushi.
I love Kyoto, I like Takashi. Now Takashi is by no means bad, but at the same time it isn't traditional either. The fish is always fresh and the rolls are almost always tight. The flavors are wonderful and the combinations worthy of the plate, but at the same time I have never caught a Yellow Submarine at the end... More
I ate here for a business dinner on a very busy Saturday night. The place was jammed, but still managed to have a good Japanese dinner. I'm not especially into sushi but I have to say a friend dragged me in here and I'm a convert. Great buzz to the place, good choices, great staff and good value. Central location.
I eat here every time I'm in Salt Lake City. Just great amazing fish. I tend to stick with the nigiri or sashimi but also love their tataki. I think some of the rolls are a little too out there but given the excellent quality fish I'm fine with just sticking with the simple. Already thinking about next visit!
This place has real Fresh sushi. I really don't understand why people don't eat more sushi but That's another story. This is a very popular place worth the wait. Kinda exspensive
Sushi was the star. Great wine list. So nice to hang out with friends and enjoy great food.easily to walk to from the convention center and the Radisson.
I've had sushi in pretty much every major city on the globe, including Japan. Takashi competes with the best of them. Super-fresh fish, interesting house rolls and "box" sushi. Don't miss it. If you found my review helpful, please give it a vote! I like getting those emails ;)
