We were able to sit on their outdoor patio and enjoy some delicious salads and soups. The food is very fresh and offers unique flavor combinations. Nothing fancy but a nice relaxing place to enjoy some lighter fare.

Vinaigrette has an outstanding selection of salads, to which you can add extra protein if desired. Ingredients are very fresh and enticing. I haven't been there when it wasn't packed, which makes conversation somewhat difficult. Hopefully when the outdoor patio reopens (4/15) the noise level inside will abate.

We ate here twice in a one week stay in Santa Fe. The salad choices are excellent, fresh, and varied. The staff is helpful and seating was easily had. It was a refreshing change from the usual NM cuisine.

There were so many salads to choose from. Everything was so fresh. We ordered grilled artichoke hearts added to the salad and they were delicious. Looking forward to going back for more.

Santa Fe has many choices of places to eat but most offer heavy, traditional fare (pizza, new-mex, burgers). Vinaigrette was a welcome, fresh and AWESOME find. The layout was casual yet quiet and pleasant. The salads were top-notch and refreshing yet filling. Will definitely eat here when we return to Santa Fe.
