This will do in a pinch for a sandwich and a fruit drink. Nothing much to recommend it except there's not much else in town and the owner seems to work hard.
This restaurant is like a through back to your college years. Dingy with writing on all the walls and the pool table. We had soup and fries. Until we'd been to this pub, we'd never had bad soup anywhere in Peru. The soup was salted beyond being edible- we had to send it back. The owners were nice enough to comp the soup and send over chocolates to apologize. But it's mediocre, overpriced...but it is the only place in town with wi-fi!
We were told that this place was good, but for us it was very basic with average overpriced food. As for an Irish pub, well theres nothing Irish about that place except its name.
The owners are great. Try the avocado and tomato salad! The upstairs is quieter than downstairs. The drink options are many. If you are looking for a change from traditonal Peruvian food, try the pizzas - they are a lot of different kinds!
