Has anyone else had a problem checking in online with Easy jet - when I click on check in all passengers I am directed to 'download Adobe Reader ( which I have already) I have down this and also rung customer services who advised me to go through Firefox - I have done this but it makes no difference. I cannot get past " download Adobe Reader thank you for any help.

I've just looked at my booking (though it's too early for me to check in).

At the bottom of the list of passengers, it says: "Our boarding passes are delivered as PDFs that you can save or print. If you do not have a PDF viewer go here.", the last two words being a link.

Which suggests that you clicked the link, making EJ think that you want a PDF viewer.

Try starting again, but ignore that link.

That's ok, I'm sorry I couldn't help you. Unfortunately, I can't get past that screen because I can't do OLCI until next week.

Something else to think about is that many PDF's are Acrobat version-specific. If you have an older version installed, the PDF in this case, might require a more recent version - though that is usually shown as a pop-up AFTER the download, when you go to view. Also, I was not clear if you availed yourself of the offer to download and install the Acrobat Reader offered. If you did, then that should cover PDF versions.

Also, you might want to try another browser, just in case. Usually, my Chrome (on a PC) is very good, but for a few sites, I need to access them via IE, to everything to work properly, or vice-versa.

Good luck,

Hunt

Someone on Flyertalk had the same problem and ended up tweeting EasyJet who emailed a direct link to the boarding passes.

I sent my details to my son in London and he sent me my boarding passes. He didn't tell me what he did. I emailed Easy Jet on Friday and have had no response as yet. Did you phone customer services? It was them that told me to install Firefox. Best of luck - let me know how you get on.
