The Hotel Prinsen (referred to as "The Prison" by a colleague" is actually a nice hotel in the charming village of Vlijmen, a very short drive from 's-Hertogenbosch (den Bosch). I stayed here for a week on business, as my company has an office nearby in den Bosch. The Prinsen's single rooms are small, but not cramped. The single bed is rather small. Wireless internet is available, but not free. There is no obvious laundry service. Also, I had some issues with the shower leaking into the rest of the bathroom. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel. The breakfast is rather good, and the restaurant is perhaps the nicest in all of Vlijmen for lunch and dinner. The staff are very friendly and willing to help out when needed. At lunch you'll often find yourself the only one there, too.
