We' ve been there in august 2011. Less than exécted: friendliness of front desk staff, we didn't feel a profissional service, but a familiar service.
Very small room.
Not so good food at the restaurant (lunch, dinne or breakfast).
Very small and simple spa.
I thinf we pay for a 5 star hotel and were in a good (not very good) four star hotel. Too much money and not too much service and confort.
