Wow! What a great value! We were there Sunday thru Friday, but had planned only to stay until Thursday. We were fortunate that the condo was available the extra night. Our condo was very well appointed with beautiful furnishings, and all that we needed to use the kitchen.
The service was excellent. Housekeeping was great, but being just two of us in a two bedroom, we were pretty low maintenance. Check in and Check out were fast; done in 5 minutes. Parking was good. Security guys were friendly and on the ball.
The convenience store was REALLY well stocked; best I've seen of all the resorts, and in the same building. Ditto for the exercise facility. Concierge Leo was great. The pools were super, super clean, and really varied for a smaller resort. Buffet was different in a great way; not the usual bacon and eggs thing. It was an excellent value, but not for the super hearty eater, but more concentrated on freshness.
Only 4 things that were different than previous stays at other resorts: All guests are required to wear a plastic band for security reasons. The doors to the condominium do not lock automatically when they close. We locked the door manually when we wanted to. The bathroom toiletries only include bar soap; no lotions or shampoo or conditioner. And finally, the resort does not provide beach towels.
Even with those four differences, we'll be back next month...
