We have eaten here regularly with our friends and visitors to Southsea. The welcome is always very warm and the staff reasonably responsive and quite relaxed. The food was quite flavourful although once or twice it seemed like the food was not as fresh as it could have been and the meat quite dried out.. The chef's specials are worth a try but are a little pricey. The Kashmiri dishes are quite subtly spiced and are my favourites. The Birianis were quite disappointingly bland. We have a number of dishes and again sometimes the food tastes a little stale.
All in all not a bad eating experience if you pick carefully.
