I asked God for the best wedding possible. I got it at the Four Seasons. If you have any doubts take my word for it. We had a wonderful time. the staff went beyond their normal call of duty - I mean as Greeks we even broke plates on their new dance floor - they had the foresight to get the required coverings to protect the dance floor without detracting from the Greek dancing

We stayed here for our anniversary and had a fab experience. They upgraded us to a ridiculous suite. The room was huge and simply elegant. The service was excellent (they hooked us up for some of the best restaurants and clubs).

The room was huge for London (they regular rooms are big too) and the bathrooms are very elegant.

It is above the normal Four Seasons level of quality & service.

My mom and I stayed in the hotel a week before Olympics in July. I booked premier room, but when we checked in I was really bothered by the smell in the room. Room itself has shiny wooden panels which had a bad chemical smell. I am very sensitive to chemicals so I was starting to get a headache right away. I felt like I was inside the laquer box. I called the manager of the hotel who immediately told me about other rooms that were available. My mom checked 2 rooms of the same category which had exactly the same smell. Out of suites there was a one bedroom grand suite available which had no smell at all. But of course it cost a fortune. Manager was nice enough to give me 50% discount which I gladly took as I just couldn't think of moving to another hotel at that point.

That suite was giant. It had living room, dining room, office, bedroom and a patio! It was truly beautiful.

Room service was great. There were even some healthy choices, such as vegetable juices which i had every day. I booked room through AMEX and got free breakfast. I also received a free tea service and it was great as well.

Prior to my trip to London, I emailed concierge about doing some tours. I have to say they were the most efficient concierge I have ever encountered. All my emails were responded to very quickly. They even called me 2 weeks prior to my trip to see if I needed any extra help! Through the concierge I booked private tours, 4 hour long each. We had a driver and a guide which was great. Everything was customizable to what I wanted to do. And if I got tired, I was able to go back to hotel earlier. Concierge was also able to find an acupuncturist to come to the hotel room twice during my stay.

My mom and I used spa once during the tour. It is at the top of the hotel with the beautiful views of the city. Massages were great. We also had spa lunches after and food was delicious and light.

So overall definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

There are so many hotels in London, and in this plethora, this is not easy to make the good choice. The range is heavily filled especially in the high end where palaces like this Four Seasons Hotel. Completely redesigned last year by the famous french designer Pierre Yves Rochon in the art deco style, it is now in the lead, especially since the view remains the same on Hyde park, the perfect location. You may enjoy some breathtaking spa on the tenth floor. Perfect service.
