I made a booking days prior to arriving in Paris from London for three nights and on arrival was told my booking was lost. Staff members blamed other staff and their resolution was to give me a list of other hostels. While I was waiting to depart the hotel, travellers walked off the street with no booking and got rooms. I enquired how this was possible when I had a booking and was repeatedly told no rooms available. I was disgusted at how unprofessional and rude the staff were. There were four other people on the same morning who had bookings but were told to move hostels. The entire experience was disappointing and disasterous whilst the staff were rude and arrogant. The facilities of the hostel are newly renovated with nice size dorm facilities but toilets and showers are extremely small and cramped. Given the time and cost involved in moving hostels and the lack of professionalism in the hostel i wouldn't recommend staying there.
