I've just rebooked the Eden for a stay in October. We've stayed here before and found the hotel to be good value for money. It's not the smartest place I've stayed in Paris but I feel that's reflected in the price. I'm returning there for a budtet weekend and feel confident to do so.

I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE, especially NOT to people on a tight budget. We had our passports and tickets stolen because the safe in our room was (unbeknownst to us!!) not properly installed, so the thieves were able to steal everything without having to open the safe. Furthermore, the room was NOT broken into but the thieves had a key to get in. This all looks like a set-up to steal people’s valuables. After the theft, we had to insist numerous times before the hotel informed the police. In fact, the people from the hotel treated us as if we had robbed someone, not as victims. Despite promises (reiterated many times by the hotel administration!!) we have still not received any compensation more than two months after the theft. Protect yourself and stay in a different hotel! THIS HOTEL IS A DIVE AND A TRAP!!

This hotel was not ideal. While the view was nice, and the rooms were not really bad...the man at the front desk was apallingly rude. He could not be polite if it killed him. Also, breakfast was horrible- stale break and warm milk do not fill stomachs that will not be eating until 5:00 that night. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Me and 5 of my girl friends stayed on hotel Eden, very close to monmart. Hotel Eden is in an ideal location to monmarte, trinioty church, pigale red light district and the metro. we all thought the hotel was basic but at a satisfactory level. The sheets were clean but the bath room had a terrible sewage smell. The staff were ok, we found because we were all young girls that they were over friendly and found them quite sleezy. I wouldnt recomend thi hotel to parties of all female as we didnt always feel safe. Hotel Eden was ideal for sight seeing but had poor night life. The street was very noisy and kept us awake. The hotel housed what seemed to be people living there, Noisy babies. Ihope this has informed future guests.
