My wife and rI ecently spent time in this hotel in Nice. They surprised us by giving us an upgrade from standard room to a studio apartment. We had our own kitchen, lounge and bedroom with a large double bed and very modern bathroom. I was very happy with the room and the convenient location. Across the road was a Carre 4, Mcdonalds and there were a lot of local cafes in the precinct. The train station, Nice Riquier was only an 8 minute walk away. The port area was a little further, about a 20 minute casual walk. The price was reasonable for what we got, 99 euro/night. The staff always made an effort to speak English as my French was embarrassingly poor and were always helpful. The only downside was that the rooms were not cleaned every day.
