amazing
This is a fantastic apartment- incredibly spacious, fully equipped kitchen and literally 5 mins walk from playa matalenas. Mercadona is also 5 mins walk while it's an easy 20 min bus ride into town. Johnny's family were there when we arrived and left, thanks for a great stay!

Piso amplio.
Todo perfecto, piso muy amplio y comodo. Todo muy limpio y el piso esta completisimo. Si volvemos repetiremos sin dudar. Ellos pendientes de nuestra llegada y la salida.y disponibles ante cualquier duda todo genial.

El alojamiento es amplio, tiene muchas estancias
El apartamento es amplio, tiene muchas estancias para alojar a muchas personas. Nosotros en concreto estuvimos 9 y dejamos sin utilizar otras 3 camas. Desde mi punto de vista, el apartamento no está muy cerca del centro pero a la zona de playa habrá unos 15 minutos o menos andando.

Cómodo, amplio y acogedor
Fuimos un grupo de amigas y coincidimos en que era una casa amplia, limpia y bien equipada para todas: tanto las habitaciones, con sillones y terrazas y un salón más pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado, como la cocina.
Aunque encontramos el inconveniente de que era difícil que se ducharan dos personas a la vez, y tuvimos un pequeño percance con la mampara de una de ellas, efectivamente el piso no está nada lejos de la playa. Sin embargo, sí que dependíamos del transporte urbano para llegar al centro de la ciudad.
Por último, quedamos encantadas con el trato del propietario, y consideramos la casa luminosa, agradable para unas vacaciones y muy recomendable.

Muy buena relacion calidad precio
El apartamento es grande, limpio, luminoso y situado muy cerca de la playa de Mataleñas, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. El propietario es afable, dispuesto a ayudar y y de una gran paciencia que yo le agradezco personalmente. Recomiendo este apartamento.

Prima uitvalsbasis om alle facetten van Santander te leren kennen!
Zeer mooi en proper appartement met alle comfort. Vlakbij bushalte om naar Santander te gaan. Daar kan je genieten van prachtig zandstrand, goede surfcondities, goede restaurants, bezienswaardigheden in de stad, .... Te voet ben je vlug aan de Playa de Mataleñas met prachtig uitzicht op de typische kust. Ook supermarkt is op wandelafstand. Taxi naar luchthaven is niet te duur.
Minpuntje: aan het appartement is geen onoverdekt terras om met het hele gezin buiten te eten. Dit kan wel naast het huis, maar daar is uitzicht niet mooi.

Ideal para una familia
Apartamento que cumplía, incluso superaba, lo anunciado , amplio, muy bien equipado, muy limpio, bien situado cerca de la playa y bien comunicado con transporte público y con un supermercado Mercadona cerca.
El propietario y su familia muy atentos.
