It's a short walk to Piazza Popolo and Piazza Spagne, just right behind the Palace of Justice. The Vatican is just over a kilomters's walk. In the neighborhood are nice restaurants and bistros and for those of you who perennially forget to bring chargers, there are a couple of computer and telecom shops.
The hotel itself has a minimalist lobby but quite a large breakfast room in the basement. The rooms aren't large but comfortable. Just watch out for rooms with LAN cables that aren't close to the working tables. You can, of course, use the wi-fi which is reasonable at €9.00 per day. The patio, while small, has nice touches of green and on a sunny spring day will be a perfect place to wind down.
One can sense that the staff are trying their utmost best to be polite and helpful. They are not yet there, but one can appreciate their efforts. I will certainly come back to this hotel and might make it as my home base should I come back to Rome. I recommend this hotel to those who value a quiet neighborhood and yet would want to be close enough to good restaurants and the Roman sites like Popolo Spagna and Navona.
