We can't wait to go back to Tel Aviv so we can stay at the Diaghilev again. During our trip to Israel we stayed at this hotel three different times and our in-laws switched hotels to stay at the Diaghilev on our recommendation. The hotel's location is great for people who like to be in a residential neighborhood, near cafes, restaurants and who like to stroll around. It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are great - with a full living room in addition to the bedroom, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and always had good suggestions of places to eat nearby. We kept congratulating ourselves for this great find!

This is my favorite hotel ever. The location is amidst the most interesting neighborhoods. It is charmingly adorned with artwork. The rooms are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. They are uniformly personable, pleasant and helpful, spending much time providing insightful information and services. On our arrival we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. They were sincerely interested in our having the best possible vacation. This is a uniquely warm, welcoming hotel.

Room tip: balconies are nice features

I have recently enjoyed my stay at Diaghilev hotel in Tel Aviv. The reason of my trip was for business purpose and even if I was normally out all day, I really appreciate, when returing back in the evening, to have a "space" where to feel home, where to relax a bit.
The Art Hotel is positioned in a calm residential area and from outside doesn't look a real structure guesting people, but a structure similar to the rest of the building on the area. The staff is very kind and hospitable with every guest, the position downtown Tel Aviv is perfect cause you can enjoy, while walking, shops, restaurant amasing cafe till later in the evening.
I will definitively recommend anyone to have a try.

First time visitors to Tel Aviv (and Israel) are well advised to stay at the Diaghiliev Hotel ... the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which immediately takes the edge off of a long and tiring flight. The hotel is located in a wonderful residential neighborhood two blocks off the Avenue Rothschild, and the restaurants in the area are superb (we did not have a single bad meal). Rooms are spacious, the bathrooms equally so with nice toiletries, thick towels, and comfortable robes. We slept soundly and awoke refreshed. We look forward to returning (in about two weeks) and on further visits to Tel Aviv. Many thanks to Anat, Karen and everyone at the Diaghiiev for helping make this inaugural visit to Tel Aviv a true pleasure.
