Hotel is very nice. Big green territory, swimming pools, not crowded.
But located in few kilometers away from any life.
to get somewhere you pay $4 for a taxi. It is recommended to rent a motorbike if you brave enough to drive it in Vietnam.
On the other hand - this place is extremely quiet.

Internet was bad. I was lucky enough to pick a password for adjacent hotel's wifi which was way better.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
Rooms are small from my perspective.
In any other hotel I stayed in Vietnam orThailand, beds were as hard as wood. But not it this one. Here beds are very soft. Extremely soft. So if you like soft beds - that's definitely your choice.

Beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming, but if you walk two minutes to the right - you'll find a pretty good place for swimming.
If you stay just in this hotel - keep your fins and mask at home - you wont' need it here.

One more thing is mosquitoes. Hotel does its best to keep them away, but fails. So if you like to sleep with open windows - take a fumigator with you. Or you can buy it in a shop in the village.

Although hotel is nice and I may recommend it to a friend, I won't stay there again - there are better options.

we had only one night stay on Jan 19. the location is not too bad, there were a few seafood restaurant if you turn right when you walk out of the hotel. the room is big, with open bathroom, a little strange... we had a problem with shower as the water was very small at the night. but on the morning of the second day, it was fine! breakfast was OK, not many selections but the quality was good, with beautiful view! the tour service just next to the hotel, so very easy to book a half day tour with good pricing, only USD7 per person for a small group of 2-4, by jeep.

Room tip: not close to the road, it will be noisy.

We booked this place very last minute without reading any reviews.
There were some pros but some cons as well.

PROs
Friendly Staff
Well decorated and maintained
Beautiful pool
SUPER comfy beds
Nice rooms with ocean-view balcony

CONs
Nothing around the area, far from central tourist strip (About a $2-$4 taxi ride)
Beach is too rocky but you could walk a little further down for more sand.
Restaurant is overpriced (standard North American pricing). Food is decent.
A little too quiet… I think only saw 5 groups of guests at the resort during my one night stay.
Take out breakfast wasn’t very good (we left for a sunrise tour between breakfast hours)
Overpriced Jeep tour. They wanted $20 per person... I just booked one with muine-adventures.com for half that price.

It was fine for a one night stay. I would not stay here again because of it being too quiet, rocky beach and too far from the tourist strip.

We scored a free upgrade here and when we rocked got bumped up another grade for only $5 a night....
Very nice hotel I'm pretty sure it was early empty when we were there but the staff were excellent, brilliant Location right on the beach.
Big buffet breaky with Very yummy Pho a swell as everything else..
Small taxi ride into town $2.50 one way. But we'll worth the stay.

All of the best one expects of such a beach resort:
nice clean rooms, great sea view, lovely gardens, good swimming pool with jacuzzi, friendly attentive staff, quiet and clean beach. Very good value.
This was definitely one of my fave hotels in Vietnam.

Room tip: Higher floors have better views. Bungalows have limited sea view.
