this hotel is ok food was ok and plentiful,
could maybe have done with a fridge in the room,
beaches are superb as is pool ,
bars shut at eleven which is not good,
dont be scared to venture into sosua at night, 2 really good bars were the JOLLY ROGER and CHECKPOINT, with loads of friendly faces and great hosts KELLY AND patty at the jolly roger and tom, angela, karen ian linden at checkpoint,

This was our 2nd time to this hotel. Again we had a great time and met great friends which certainly made the holiday. This time around I did notice a few cons but nothing that would stop us having a great holiday. I did find the food a bit repetitive and not so much in lacking of choice but the same smell everyday eventually got to me so by the sencond week it was down to fruit and salad for me - but that was my choice. Having been here before I have decided that I will try elsewhere next time purely because I would like to experience something different. Still it was an amazing holiday and am glad that I went.

Like everyone else on here i was in two minds of judging the place before we even arrived. This was our first experience of the all inclusive package, as previously we have went self catering in Turkey. We originally went to book Turkey for around 450 pound and were told for the extra couple hundred we could go to Casa Marina all inclusive. From there on we both researched the resort and began to worry. Bad rooms, bad food more or less all round bad. Could not have been further from the truth. It was the most welcoming and amazing looking place from we walked through to reception. It literally has everything you need. Pools amazing, an entertainment pool basically and a pool to chill and not get hassled. Jacuzzis overlooking the beach and amazing surroundings, a private beach for guests only. I can understand now why i miss the place so bloody much. It was in a word PARADISE....Hopefully i will be back there next year chillin out on the beach with a whiskey sour and a beer. Parents go to Casa Marina in November, would be an understatement to say i am jealous....loved it

We have visited Casa Marina Reef before; however, the standards have definitely slipped over the years. The food is a much cheaper quality in the main buffet restaurant and Al a Carte is a much better choice for a higher standard of dining. The restaurant and bar staffs are all so helpful and work so hard. The rooms are clean but they smell really musty so your clothes end up smelling so bad (need lots of perfume with you). House-keeping staffs are very nice and keep your room spotless. Reception staff can vary, some are very nice and helpful with the exception of Jon Carlos who is very arrogant and he doesn't possess decent people skills. Nayibel is another one to watch out for. He is very helpful; however, once you get to know him, he is only looking for gifts and money (gifts to be sent FedEx please!). If he doesn't like your gift he will sell it to other hotel staff. He offers to take you on a day trip but is only looking for money at the end of the trip. He will even go as far as to say his Mother/Daughter is sick to get money. Please watch out for this. Entertainment in the hotel is excellent. Kikos staff and Dancers are really talented and they all put on a great show. All through the day the animation team (Victor, Samson, Murphy, Medina, Gegee, Raquel, Gisele, to name but a few) entertain you with games or aerobics. It's fabulous. They then have a short break and join in the shows with the dancers at night. There are 14 different shows which are a must see for all the family. I am so disappointed with some of the Hotels features, especially the food; I would never recommend it to my friends.
