We booked a King Suite that had a pull out couch. You could actually feel the metal bars going across your neck and knee area when we slept that night. The pool was filthy so we complained to the manager. He was the rudest person general manager I've ever come across. His name is Don Pael. He told us if we weren't happy we should get our stuff and leave. Never once did he apologize or try to accommodate the situation. The breakfast was also horrible. Please save your money and stay at another hotel.
