We stayed a night in the northside Hilton. I was a little peeved that I paid for the club floor but all the amenities were closed for the weekend. We checked out and got a room at the County in via internet. Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Free wifi worked great (vs pay at the Hilton) Also much quieter than the Hilton. Breakfast was great. Plan to stay here again.

Didn't check out the meeting room but if is too small for your group I am not sure that is the fault of the hotel.

We were missing some towels but the staff got us extras asap.

We booked this hotel on priceline.com, were pleasantly suprised when our offer of $40 was accepted (after priceline fees the total was less than $54) - half of the $99 price + taxes that others were quoted for the same room while we were checking in. What you get - a very clean room in a safe location with curteous staff and a basic "free" continental plus breakfast. The pool area and whirlpool in commons area looked to be clean as well - with the fitness room nice but a little on the small side.

All in all - a very nice hotel for the money , the only thing was the lack of hot water in the morning....apparently a number of guests had complained as the front desk clerk asked us if we had experienced hot water troubles during check-out.

Still - I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to or perhaps through Indianapolis, IN

We were satisfied. Our stay was OK, but prior "tripadvisor" reviews scared us. The AAA book rated this with 3 diamonds (3Ds). 3Ds is what we expected and this is what we got. It was the cheapest of the 3Ds of the area. We almost cancelled and changed hotels because of the limited but negative reviews on this site.
The room was fine. It was a good size and would easily accomodate a roll-away. The heater was digital control - nice. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The free cookies were nice - we probably had a dozen.
The morning free breakfast filled us up with the usual hot waffles, cold cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt. We didn't check out the pool or weight room.
We stayed two nights in January. Saturday night the hotel was full with some youth athletic teams. We didn't hear noise from adjacent rooms. Our room was quiet both nights.
We needed a room. We got a room at about $20 less per night than nearby hotels.

We stayed here two nights after spending a night at the Comfort Inn down the road that was worse. The rooms were so-so. The beds were uncomfortable but less so than the hotel we stayed the previous night.

The pool was a total mess. There was rust, mold, broken tile and the hot tub didn't work. I asked at the desk if they could turn on the hot tub because it was just running the circulation motor. They tried to not give me an answer and finally said that one of the motors went out and that was all it did. They either need to fix it or take it off the list of features for the hotel. It was one of the reasons we moved hotels because the original one down the road didn't have a hot tub and we were both sore from driving. We paid almost $100 a night for this hotel, the Comfort Inn down the road was only $52.

The breakfast was not worth bothering with. They had some crock pots set out with gravy, some gooey prepackaged rolls and cereal. Pretty low rent for $100 a night hotel.

The other problem we had was the key cards kept deactivating. About every other time we tried to get in our room we had to go get them recoded. They never had a reason why they kept doing this.

If we have to stay in the area again I would either spend the extra $60 and stay at a better hotel or save about $50 and stay at one of the dumpy ones.
