Believe the other reviews! This hotel is only good for one night. I stayed there because I was catching an early flight out of BWI the next morning. Like all the other Red Roof Inns, this one has been remodeled, but it still felt old and dirty. It is obvious they took an old, run-down building, slapped some new paint on the walls, put in some new furniture and walked away. The pictures I have attached make it look OK but it just didn't feel clean. The carpet was especially scary. It looked as if a vacuum cleaner hadn't been used in there for a week. The room itself was kind of dark and damp. This was one of those hotels where I didn't want to walk around in my bare feet. I opened the fridge and it smelled as if something had died in there. I aired it out before putting in some bottles of water. I also found it strange that I was given a handicapped-accessible room, considering the fact that I booked months in advance. I am not disabled. In these rooms everything is lowered. Since I am well over six feet tall it was annoying to have to crouch down to see in a mirror or to use the sink! If I had stayed more than one night I would have asked for a different room. I am wondering if this is a Red Roof Inn...Believe the other reviews! This hotel is only good for one night. If I had stayed more than one night I would have asked for a different room. I am wondering if this is a Red Roof Inn "problem" because the same thing happened when I stayed at the one in Tallahassee (FL). Despite the condition of the hotel, the staff was very nice and friendly. There was one front desk clerk (didn't get his name but he was a tall, thin young man) who was exceptionally friendly. Every time I walked in the lobby he addressed me by name, which was a nice touch. Also, there is nowhere within walking distance to eat. However, the front desk has a ton of brochures of restaurants that deliver (mostly pizza and Chinese food). Even the room key cards are an advertisement for Dominos Pizza. They do have in-room WiFi but it's a T-Mobile Hotspot (not free and the signal was VERY low and sluggish). All in all, if you need a place to crash for one night, and want to be near the airport, this place is OK. But don't expect too much. P.S. Ask for a room on the 2nd floor. I was on the ground level and heard lots of conversations and noise at all hours of the day and night.More
