This is my second time visiting the Inn. My first was last year when I drove from TX to MA with my son who plays in the Cape Cod League. I knew we had to return this year and stay the entire week! I brought my mother and teenage daughter as well. The location was perfect and beautiful and Deanne's breakfasts are to die for! Will return again...maybe in the Fall to watch the changing of the leaves!!!!

Room tip: All rooms are nice. The Sail Room has a TV. Sail Room and Nantucket Room both have glorious view of harbor!

We recently spent a week at the Mattapoisett Inn B&B while vacationing with family and visiting relatives. This is our favorite place to stay in the area...right on the waterfront in quaint Mattapoisett. We are repeat customers at the Inn because we love the hospitality of the Innkeeper, Deanne, and she makes THE BEST BREAKFASTS! Sitting on her back porch overlooking a multitude of wildflower beds while having a scrumptious breakfast is most relaxing. Cannot wait to go back. Leo & Ann Hammer

At first, we were skeptical, as the target demographic for the Inn looked to be skewed towards older couples. We soon found out, however, that the beauty and peacefulness of the Inn (as well as Mattapoisett the city) is truly intended for individuals, couples and groups of all ages. My girlfriend and I are in our mid 20's and we did not have a hard time finding things to do, whether it was taking a walk along the beach to take some very scenic pictures of Ned's Point Lighthouse, going out for a drink and sushi rolls at Turks Seafood or heading just down the road to Westport for some kayaking.

Deanne welcomed us with open arms and it was just an all around great experience. Oh yeah, the amazing breakfast, complete with omelet, bacon, english muffin, pear slices and an incredible front porch view of the Mattapoisett Harbor, really started our Sunday morning off right!

Room tip: Both the Nantucket and Sail Loft rooms have clear views of the Mattapoisett Harbor

We recently traveled from NC to my hometown to visit family and attend a class reunion. We love staying at the Mattapoisett Inn B&B. Innkeeper, Deanne, is a gracious, talented hostess.
The Inn is clean, quiet, and overlooks beautiful views of Mattapoisett Harbor. If you like Southern New England charm with quaint surroundings, this is the place to visit.

If you want peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings, lovely rooms, great food and charming company, look no further. This is the place for you. Absolutely everything about our stay was amazing. We had the Nantucket room and it was perfect for 2 people. Our window overlooked Buzzards Bay with all the beautiful boats. Great view to wake up to. Deanne was a delight and Midnight the resident cat was fun company and very friendly. We hope to return again next year.
