I was looking for a hotel with a pool/hot tub that was very close to Mayo Clinics & Hospitals. This hotel was perfect for location & offered what our needs would consist of. This place was like heaven. Even almost literally, all done in white. The comforters were very nice, plush, white beautiful clean. The room was fit for an overnight stay or a longer term stay. The people were so friendly & helpful. The coffee bar was perfect! We didn't get to experience the breakfast, as we had early morning testing at Mayo. But, we can only imagine it was great! Recommend this hotel for your stay for any reason!

After having spent the majority of my life literally living in hotels, I feel certain qualifications to give honest appraisals for hotels. As an airline pilot, I've seen them pretty much all the way. This hotel is in a class it's own. The staff really knock themselves out to deliver a first class product. Nothing is too difficult for them to accomplish. In our monolithic environment, good old fashioned service done in such a way making you feel genuinely at home. Try it....you'll like it!!

We stayed here while attending a concert in town. The hotel was very clean, rooms were very comfortable with awesome bedding/pillows. Loved the shelves underneath the bathroom sink. Breakfast was awesome and beyond our expectations. The manager, Logan, was unbelievably helpful and professional. Loved this hotel!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Rochester over the weekend and had a great time. The hotel staff that checked us in was very nice and asked what we were in town for. We then found out that our keys didn't work, so we took our keys back down to the desk and got new keys. These keys did not work either so we took then back down to the lobby. The front desk worker said that the system was down and other people's keys were not working either. So another staff member took us up to our room and let us in, they later brought in up our new keys to our room. The couple we were traveling with were given a king room but they needed two doubles. After a few room changes they were given the room they had requested. The staff member who had helped us with our keys also helped them at the same time. He then told us that the rooms were on the house because of the confusion. WOW - we weren't even mad or anything and they were so nice to do that. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The next day we had the continental breakfast, holy cow what a lot of food. They pretty much had everything there for you to eat. It was nice to be able to get a good breakfast and then head out for the day. We had such a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our first stop was at the Hampton Inn North in Rochester, MN where the person on duty graciously called the other Hampton to find we were reserved there. We were welcomed by Ricky who I had spoken to when making the reservation. He had a great phone personality and was even more friendly in person. Every one of the employees in this facility was friendly and helpful. They were well-hired and well-trained. The room was clean and compact, I think it was the smallest we have stayed in that I can remember. The food service was well above average. Breakfast had a large and delicious selection. They served what could be a bottomless bowl of soup in the evening. I would normally give this place three stars, but either of the staff and food service pushes it to four stars. We will return.

Thank you for the kind words about our hotel. Ricky is a great asset to our team and I am thankful to have such a kind and caring person welcoming our guests. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the food while you were visiting our property in December. We love our soup hour too! It is nice to have a bowl or two especially when it is cold outside. Thank you again. I look forward to your return visit to Rochester.
