You get what you pay for. Good price. Comfortable, large room, clean enough, easy access to Mayo. They have a free shuttle to Walmart. Really nice deck-porch with deck furniture. Lobby computer wasn't working, regardless of what front desk staff said, but wifi worked ok. Was an "older" property, but not falling apart. Some of the cosmetic things could use some updating, but yet not crucial or any "oh my God" moments. Best analogy I can think of - if you have ever lived in a mobile home you will be OK staying here, mainly from the point of view it is not "high dollar expectation" but meets the purpose. Only thing they might want to figure out a way to deal with, the floors apparently are original construction 7+ decades old, and squeak badly. I tried to be quiet walking down the hallway to my room, but it was impossible due to the squeaky floors (2nd floor). Thank goodness no one was in the room above mine on 3rd floor, lol. Minimal breakfast-snack items, but yet more than most other area hotels do. No real complaints, will stay here again.
