We stayed here en route to Chicago (driving from Philly) for one night. It was okay - a little dingy. It didn't feel terribly clean. There was a full kitchen. Free hot breakfast buffet. The room was very large (we had a King suite). We are going to find somewhere else to stay on our way back, though, because this place just felt a bit dirty and we are traveling with our baby and want to stay somewhere cleaner. The front desk people were very nice. The internet was super slow.

My family and I reserved 5 rooms. We were quoted $119 plus tax and fees for each room. When we arrived to check in they told us we were being downgraded due to overbooking. But the price would change to $99 per room. OK, fine. But when we got our bills slipped through the door at 11:00pm that night, we were being charged $129 and $119 plus tax and fees for our downgraded rooms. In the morning, they denied quoting us the other prices and said the prices were non-negotiable. THANKS ALOT!!

This Residence Inn had some pluses and minuses.
Hotel was very spacious and perfect for family.
In a quiet location and very accesible to both Airport and Downtown Cleveland
Breakfast was quite good.
Staff though helpful gave us incorrect directions.
Coffees and popcorn in room was not re-stocked and room was freezing when first arrived.
Due to location, spaciousness and convenience very worthwhile if you are there for short stay!

Unlike some reviewers, we didn't experience outstanding service or a pleasant stay because: (1) When the toilet in our bathroom backed up at 11 p.m. and we called the desk, we were told that nobody could help but we could come to the desk, get a plunger, and fix it ourselves. (2) Upon arrival, we had to carry our luggage a long way because 13 parking spaces near our unit were taken up by a truck/trailer combination. (3) Our next-door neighbor had set up a chair and table right outside our door as a smoking lounge. (4) When we returned to our room on the second day, it had been half-cleaned: The wastebaskets were sitting in the middle of the floor awaiting plastic bags, which were spread out on the kitchen table, and no used toiletries had been replaced. (It looked as if the maid had been abducted by aliens mid-cleaning.)

The room was outdated but comfortable. There was lots of space to relax, and the TV was a new flat screen. The bed was okay, but the sheets were placed directly on the mattress (no pad), which was creepy.

The location was perfect for us--near family and the airport. There were lots of restaurants around.

Breakfast was typical of RIs and offered lots of choices. It was the best thing about this place. Otherwise, this RI was not up to Marriott's standards.

In fairness to the manager, when we complained about our parking problems and DIY plumbing experience at checkout, we received a discount on our room. In spite of that, it's not likely we'll ever return.

The good stuff: convenient to CLE, called for a pick up at the terminal and the van was there in minutes. Standard Residence Inn layout, which means plenty of room to work, kitchen, decent sized rooms. Pool looked good (didn't use), buffet breakfast hit the spot with eggs, waffles, pastries, etc. Friendly folks at the desk. Easy to get to off I-71.
The not so good stuff: the property felt old and a little behind on maintenance. Not particularly convenient to downtown Cleveland. Somewhat expensive for condition and location.
