We were greeted by Colton at the front desk. He is extremely nice and very helpful, answered all our questions. And yes he had the popcorn. The lobby was ok with a large tv and a couple of computers at nice large desks. The location was great, not on the main drag, but not far. It was very quiet.
The room was as expected, clean and comfortable. It seems to be an older building, older furniture and tube tvs, but clean and everything was in working order.
The breakfast room was large but the tables and chairs were extremely small and not very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, not very much of a selection, no fruit, no meat, lots of bread, muffins, toast, donuts, oatmeal (applesauce was offered), Loved the waffles. There was an omlet station, and it was ok, egg substitute with ham, onion, peppers and or cheese.
I payed 80 for the room and had high expectations. I stayed at better for less money in the past, but All in all it was an "ok" stay, friendly, clean, has breakfast, free internet, and close to everything. you dont even have to go back to the main street(which is very congested and touristy) to go to Dixie Stampede.
