Stayed here two weeks for business and absolutely loved it! There are so many things about this wondeful place, let me try to capture as many as I can:

*Spacious, comfortable room that is pristinely clean and offers a full kitchen (complete with stove, pots and pans, plates, etc.)
*Not one but two LCD HD tv's with an extensive cable package
*Outlets everywhere (I never had to move furnitue or crawl on the floor plug in things like laptop and iron)
*Bed so comfortable it might be better than my bed at home
*Bathroom vanity has tons of counter space and even drawers to store things in
*Up to date fitness center with nice cardio and free weight equipment
*Complimentary Breakfast offers nice choices
*Complimentary Dinner including beer and wine and the food is better than I expected free food to be
*Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. Each and every person I passed said hello to me (sometimes even by name)
*Although I did not have time to enjoy the pool area it was beautiful and even had a waterfall

I could probably come up with more as I abosolutely loved staying at this property and look forward to returning in a few weeks. I stay in hotels 15 - 20 nights a month for business and if they were all like this one business travel would be a pleasure.

Even though I was just staying for one night, I received unbelieveable service while staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, from the front desk to the busboy cleaning up at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it is a little extra than the usual. While I can't put my finger on it, it just seems everything was a little extra. A very pleasant experience.

I just stayed here last weekend while in Frisco for my daughter's gymnastics competition. The hotel is very new and has a staff that is as fresh as the hotel is. And I mean fresh in a good way - they were all energetic and always ready to help. The front desk staff was great when I asked for everything from a toothbrush to an extra blanket. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. While we aren't talking about a five star hotel, that's the kind of service I felt I got. In addition, they have a great breakfast in a very bright, attractive lobby.
While it's wasn't swimming weather, they have a lovely pool with tall fountains flowing into it. You can sit in the lobby and watch people swim in the courtyard pool.
As Sunday was the Superbowl, they put out light snacks (pizza, nachos and drinks) so folks could watch the game in the lobby. Nice touch.
The only complaint I can come up with is that on Sunday afternoon my mother had to call houskeeping to say that the room had not been cleaned (we had been out all morning) and their response was "you must have put out the do not disturb sign." Which we didn't. But they came and took care of the room.
My daughter stayed in the Embasy Suites with her team. While it is also a nice hotel, we both felt that the Homewood Suites was a step above the Embassy Suites.
