We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 4 nights, upon arrival i asked for a low ground room and was given a room on the 9th floor. The room was small and stuffy and the view out of the window, was part brick wall and a view of a multi story car park but had a seating area just outside i think it was some sort of walkway/sitting area outside, but if people had walked to the end, up to where the wall started they could have easily seen straight in to the room. When i asked about changing the room i was told there was no other rooms available and the only advice they could offer was to keep the curtain closed.... Thank you very much.....
The room keys continuously stopped working - my husbands key stopped working at one point and i was asleep and didnt hear him knocking the door, he went to reception and was escorted back to the room, the man from reception walked in the room, woke me asked me if i was staying alone or if this man was my husband!!!!! They could have checked my reservation to see there was 2 people booked in the room.
There was also a buffet breakfast on, runny scrambled eggs, dry sausages and all the fruit was dry and bruised....
There was also renovation work being done - which was extremely noisy! and we were not made aware of upon booking.
You are welcome to check my other reviews, im not a complainer but I wouldn't stay here again - ever!
