Just returned from Chalet La Ruche for a second year in a row and must say the service by Skibug and the very reasonable cost is the reason we have returned with them for a third consecutive year.
Joe and Kim were great hosts, and as has been said before, the food was excellent. I admit the chalet is not brand new and luxurious but it is of good quality and was kept very clean. As for the bedrooms, that are not massive but the are fine for sleeping in. As a whole group booking we spent most of our time in the living room area anyway.
The location is very good for picking up a bus to all parts of the resort but in a morning the free shuttle service is a great touch.
Free shuttle service to and from teh airport is excellent, particulalry when travelling with kids as no waiting around on crowded coaches and slow long transfers.
Also the deal Skibug have with Sport 2000 is excellent value. We hired our little boys skis and boots for a whole week for 10 euros!!
Finally Laura - skibug's nanny was the best we have ever had. She was always happy and willing to meet up with us anywhere we asked. The two young kids were entertained all week and got to see as much of the resort as we did, travelling on all the bubble lifts.
So for price and service no-one can beat skibug.
