We had a large group for a Basketball Tournament. Approx. 28 families from our group was there. They are in the process of remodeling, but did not get in our way. It was very clean hotel, pool small but nice. We were not expecting anything big so just fine for us. Breakfast area was great, good breakfast and kept all food stocked until right at closing time. I do apologize for any other guest staying at that time. We were all in and out during different times of the day and had kids ranging from 9-15. They can be loud at times. The hotel staff was very friendly to all of them. I would stay there again if ever in the area. There is a small mall across the road, Kmart near buy and a lot of eating places on that road. You cant go wrong to pick this location!

This is the worst experience EVER and is entirely due to a dishonest staff and a customer service department that does not care. We found unauthorized charges to our credit card and despite numerous phone calls, letters etc., no one seems to care. We finally filed a formal complaint with the bbb. Stay here at your own risk.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a night on our way to a wedding in North Carolina. We found it to be a good value & conveniently located -- a short drive to downtown Asheville, to the Biltmore Estate & the Blue Ridge Parkway. The front desk was friendly, polite & well-prepared with areas maps plus printed directions to local attractions (Biltmore, downtown, etc.).

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs a lot of improvements and updating.

The amenities were nice -an easy chair, coffee pot, iron, nice size compact frig and freezer plus a microwave - but that didn't compensate for the small, thin towels and the a/c unit that blasted air right across the bed. We had a small bathroom with a small counter and a very small "closet" for hanging clothes.
The worst was the VERY dirty dried floral arrangement over the bed. Hotel rooms should not be decorated with twigs and dried flowers that can't be dusted.
