This cottage has recently been renovated with all new flooring, painted walls and new kitchen and furnishings. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is a modern galley style with fridge, stove, and microwave. There is a table for family meals, and a ceiling fan to help circulate the air. There are three bedrooms at the cottage all with wood laminate flooring throughout. Two of these bedrooms have a double bed each and the third bedroom has has a set of bunk bed beds with a single on top and double on bottom.. The bathroom features ceramic tile and is a three piece with a shower. There is plenty of outdoor space at the cottage to enjoy which is sometimes difficult to find in the Sauble Beach area. The front deck at the cottage faces West and is equipped with a table, chairs and propane bbq, the perfect recipe for a summer feast. The back yard of the cottage is nice and large, so there is lots of space for children to play in. With all of the outdoor space available, you can follow the sun all day long, or find places to keep cool in the shade. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its store, restaurants and mini golf and amusement park. There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage. When you rent this cottage you are paying for its location in proximity to the beach.
