The house has been tastefully furnished by the owners, and is the only property on the site to benefit from having 2 allocated car parking spaces.
The apartment is non smoking and linen and bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not.
We had a brilliant week at 304 Trewent Park. It was the perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire. We loved Manorbier Beach and the rock pools there. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks Clive and Lorraine.

Ideal location for best of Pembrokeshire National Park
304 Trewent Park makes an ideal location for exploring what must be one of Britain's most outstanding coastlines. The Park, at first sight may appear a little at odds with the National Park that surrounds it, made up as it is of houses dating from the late 60's/early 70's I guess. No 304 however is an attractive and nicely decorated house, with living room on the 1st floor with wrap-around balcony that is ideal for sitting out. It is comfortable with many homely touches and if you only want a beach -it's no further than a couple of hundred metres.
Apart from great coastal walks (Stackpole/Bosherton and Barafundle are outstanding), Pembroke is a pleasant and historic town and a little further to the east Tenby is delightful and has retained a good a mix with traditional and lively streets and attractive seafront and harbour. There are plenty of decent pubs, from the excellent Stackpole Inn to local and nearby village inns (although avoid some of the one track roads to get there). The on site pub The Longhouse lacks atmosphere but it does do a decent take away pizza if required.
Pity we had little in the way of summer weather but a great week none the less

An amazing property in a beautiful location
When we booked this property, from the pictures it looked amazing, in the flesh.........it's outstanding. From the booking through to arriving and being greeted by a lovely hand written note from the owner and a bottle of wine, everything was seamless. The beds are so comfortable and with the bedrooms being downstairs it was cool at night which was much appreciated as we had such a gorgeously hot week. We particularly loved sitting at night on the upstairs veranda talking over the days activities and playing cards, bliss.
It was a wonderful location with just a short walk to the beach where we had several BBQ in the evening whilst the kids had a dip in the sea.
Would recommend sea kayaking with Mike Mayberry, an experience we will not forget (my daughter for different reasons than ours....lets just say its not her thing!). Despite having a broken leg I was still able to kayak all thanks to Mike and Tom who made sure we were all safe and secure.
Would also recommend the seal safari from Tenby north beach and Oakwood theme park. Restaurants in the area are all good but our favourite for good honest pub food was the Swan Lake Inn ....their fillet steak was very reasonable and melted in the mouth!
All in all one of our best holidays and we will definitely be back.
