The villa is located just in front of the sea, surrounded by a large park with a wonderful promenade, typical streams, waterfalls and ponds, in the gorgeous little hill of Crevari, in Genoa. A pathway leads to a little fishermen beach which dominates the gulf.
The park of the villa includes some fields under cultivation of vegetables, fruit trees and grazing grounds where you can see sheeps, goats and donkeys.
The location is ideal for any kind of people. Guests can enjoy either staying in the villa or going around to visit our beautiful town and
our famous Riviera with Portofino, Santa Margherita, Cinque Terre.

Das Obijekt befindet sich an erhöhter Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht.
Die italienische, frische, ausgezeichnete Küche ist nur zu empfehlen.
Der wunderschöne, gepflegte Garten lässt einen wunderbar erholen und das Dolce far Niente in vollen Zügen geniessen.
Es waren wieder wunderschöne, erholsame Ferien.
Wir kommen wieder!!!

Schlaraffenland über dem Golf von Genua
Wer ein paar Tage lang wie ein Conte leben und umsorgt werden will, bucht die Wohnung in der Villa D`Albertis, und zwar mit Halbpension. Er findet eine mit viel Geschmack möblierte, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in einem Palazzo aus dem 19. Jahrhundert wenige km von Genua entfernt und hoch über dem Golf von Genua gelegen. Alle Zimmer sind zum Meer ausgerichtet - und allein der Sonnenaufgang ist die Reise wert. Das Frühstück erfüllt jeden Wunsch - Aufschnitt, Süßes, Getränke (und vieles davon selbst gebacken oder gekocht). Und das Abendessen - natürlich in mehreren Gängen und mit sehr ordentlichem Wein nach Wahl - schlägt jedes 1*- Lokal: casalingha at its best. Die Hausherrin selbst kocht und berücksichtigt jeden Wunsch ihrer Gäste. Auch sonst ist sie so freundlich, gut gelaunt und zugewandt, dass man sich wirklich als Gast fühlt und gerne länger bleiben möchte.
Klar: ein solches Vergnügen gibt es nicht umsonst - aber es ist jeden Cent wert. Anreise: möglichst mit Auto (Mietwagen am Flughafen abholen und in 20 Minuten ist man da), Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus (eng ranfahren, denn die Straße ist nicht sehr breit, der Bus muss dran vorbei passen und auf der anderen Straßenseite geht es steil bergab...). Es lohnt sich kaum, selbst einzukaufen - obwohl in der Küche alles für eine eigenständige Versorgung vorhanden ist. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber es passen problemlos zwei Paare oder eine (auch größere) Familie in die Wohnung, ohne dass es eng wird. Ausflug: ein Tripp die Küste entlang nach Westen ist lohnend (z.B. nach Finalborgo mit Wanderung ins Hinterland).

This is a beautiful 1700 year old castle with it's own gorgeous historic chapel and that alone makes it stand out from the rest. Antonella and her family were lovely and welcoming and cooked the most beautiful meals for us. The apartment we stayed in is huge, clean and well cared for with everything you need. The views over the ocean are stunning and exploring the extensive grounds was fun, along with meeting "Fred" and the donkey's. Thank you Antonella, we loved our stay and after 5 weeks away from home I can say that staying at Villa D'Albertis was most definitely a highlight.

Amazingly beautiful villa and the warmest nicest welcome we ever had
Villa d'Albertis looked lovely in the internet but it was even more beautiful when we got there. Anotonella the owner gave us the warmest and the nicest welcome ever. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious.
we were invited to a lovely dinner prepared especially for us. Breakfast was generous and very tasty. Antonella baked a delicious cake and served her best jams. We did not have enough time to look at the amazing gardens and we loved the place so much so we are coming back soon. highly recommended !!!!

Beautiful home, wonderful location, wonderful service
We had expected this apartment to be beautiful and comfortable, but it was even better than we had imagined. The best part was how we were welcomed and cared for by the family. We were expecting to take care of ourselves, but the owner cooked us many delicious Italian meals, including when we entertained friends. The family is very warm and caring. The grounds are beautiful, and we enjoyed a bit of country living in the city, as they have chickens and donkeys in the spacious park. Beautiful walking paths and landscaping. The villa itself is hundreds of years old, very beautiful and historic. We were a three minute walk from the beach, and we enjoyed refreshing swimming in the very clean and beautiful Mediterranean. When we couldn't figure out how a few things worked, the owner helped us immediately whenever we needed anything.

Simply perfect
The beauty of the villa is only topped by the heartwarming friendliness of the owners. The park is splendid and the view amazing. The interior is flawless and the well chosen furniture and paintings add to the overwhelming impression you will get from this building. Very recommended ... and I am already looking forward to returning there.

VILLA SPETTACOLARE, GENTILEZZA E COCCOLE
Un soggiorno brevissimo che ci ha fatto scoprire una villa meravigliosa.
Locazione comoda, vicino all'autostrada, ma allo stesso tempo in piena tranquillita'.
Una piccola ma attrezzata spiaggi e' raggiungibile a piedi.
I bambini hanno scoperto la magia del grandissimo parco divertendosi molto anche con gli animali.
Un grazie speciale alla signora Antonella, proprietaria, che ci ha viziati e coccolati con la sua gentilezza e l'ottima cucina.
Colazione spettacolare.

Awesome!!!
Very nice villa with a huge history! Nice view on the bay of Genova and the site.
The villa owners were really sympathetic and always ready to help and give useful advises.
The rooms were nice italian style and clean.
The breakfast was incredibly great with a lot of good things freshly cooked.
It's a place were we would go back in the future.
