The apartment is located in the smallest block of the latest luxurious and most modern residential complex in the area of Tigne' Sliema, an area well known for its luxury residences so close to the crystal clear rocky beaches. The apartment enjoys an excellent location which is only 2 minutes walk from the nice rocky beaches of Qui-Si-Sana and Tigne', the well known promenade and the latest shopping complex with over 50 branded shops (including a supermarket and pharmacy). The apartment enjoys an excellent location which is only 2 minutes walk from the nice rocky beaches of Qui-Si-Sana and Tigne', the well known promenade and the latest shopping complex with over 50 branded shops (including a supermarket and pharmacy). It is also within walking distance to restaurants, bars, more beaches, more shops, the bus terminus, taxi stands and the ferry area (for fantastic day and evening cruises around the Maltese Islands nearly all year round and also the water taxi to Valletta). Basically, it is central to every amenity but at the same time it is away from the excessive noises and traffic of the city. This property is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and modern day luxuries. It consists of two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms (main with en-suite bathroom with shower), one large main bathroom with bath and flexible shower head and shower screen, a large kitchen with all appliances and an extendable dining table and a comfortable living area with a leather sofa and 42 inch LED TV with internet applications. All rooms enjoy a large and very nice surrounding terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor relaxation and dining as it is equipped with a rattan dining table with chairs and a gas BBQ. There is also a secure 1 car space located underneath the apartment (€9 daily fee applies), in order to get rid of the parking problem that there is in Sliema during the day. However, thanks to the good network of public transport in Sliema, a car is not necessary to explore the Maltese Islands since the very near bus stops make it so easily to go to the main attractions and places. The public transport service is cheap, frequent, reliable and convenient. All our previous guests who did not rent a car, have all praised the great location of our apartment and its proximity to the public transport link. The apartment is served with a lift which is accessible from the street level and also from the garage. The apartment is also adequate for people with reduced mobility however please speak to us first prior you book. The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival, where fresh bed linen and towels are provided. We do not charge any cleaning fees however we expect that you leave the apartment clean and take care of it, just as if it were your own home. Stays for Summer (usually between June and September - weather permitting) include the use of the exclusive large communal pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from approximately 10:00am until 7:30 pm. The north-facing location of the pool enjoys full sun until 3:00 pm, making it very fresh and enjoyable afterwards with very nice breeze throughout the whole summer. Vending machines are available which provide light snacks and drinks. The pool is filled with salt water, which makes the water very crystal clear and clean all day. Part of the large pool is only 0.5m deep, specifically for children. The pool is exclusively available to the residents of the complex,

Apartment looks onto a busy street - road noisy from early morning- particularly when AC didn't work for first 2 days Jason is slow to reply to e mails Promised airport transfer in a Mercedes but that didn't happen Also said he was available fir other transfers as we were there for a wedding but again ad organised ourselves - probably cheaper anyway A

Brilliant
We have stayed here 5 times and each time our stay has been perfect. Booked to go again in a few weeks time. Would not stay anywhere else.

Beautiful Appartment
This was our first Appartment booking and it certainly made our life easy. The property was exactly as viewed on the pictures and we loved it. Ruth met us at the apartment on the day although Jason would have collected us. We also used the garage and really enjoyed driving round the island. They provide everything you need and are happy to help. The accommodation is walking distance to anything you might need or like, including beautiful views and the point shopping centre. The ferry to Valetta & public transport are a 2 min walk. The pool was a great place to relax. Fantastic stay!

Beautiful apartment
A beautiful, spacious, light & airy apartment in a great location, with little extras provided free of charge eg dishwasher tablets, coffee etc. The info provided by the owner both upfront & on arrival was very helpful. We arranged for the owner to do the airport transfer & this was definitely worthwhile. There is a pool area at the back of the apartments, which is easily accessible and with a lovely big swimming pool. I would recommend these apartments.

Excellent apartment
This apartment is exactly as described in overview and shown in photos. Jason is professional and friendly. Always answered e mails quickly. The apartment has excellent quality furnishings, utensils etc. We booked return airport transfers and Jason was prompt both times. We hired a car for part of our stay and on arrival at the apartment block Jason showed us exactly where the parking bay was situated and where to get the lift to the apartment. All his information was very helpful and useful. Ruth is also very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay again at this apartment, as it is so handy for public transport, shops, restaurants and the lovely promenade which goes right round to St Julians. The Summer Breeze website is very professionally set up (full access once booking is confirmed) and it is easy to see all the extra you can add to ensure a good holiday.

Brilliant
We've stayed in Jason's apartments a number of times and they are so good we don't even consider staying anywhere else. The apartments are just great, they are exactly as you see in the photos. Each time we stay, we book for our next stay, two more trips this year. Jason meets you at the airport and takes you to the apartment and at the end of your stay he takes you back to the airport. When you are with Jason you feel as if you are with a friend, he's such a nice person.

Top class 5 star service and accomodation
This property and its owners deliver on every level. It is perfectly situated within Siliema just a short walk form bars, supermarkets, ferries etc, etc... We took the opportunity of the transfer service which also doubled as a guided tour of the local area by Jason the property owner. This allowed us to get our bearings in the locality and get our holiday of to a great start. The apartment is beautifully turned out, high spec finishes and furniture; very clean and fully equipped with everything you will need. This is one place we would 100% recommend to friends and family

Wonderful stay!
This apartment is well maintained, very comfortable, and has everything you may possibly need for your stay. The location is excellent, being ideally situated for the Tigne point shopping mall, Sliema itself with the nice promenade and boat trips, and buses into Valletta. We had a wonderful stay, and would certainly recommend this apartment. The swimming pool was brilliant. Jason and his family could have not been more helpful, from the moment we were met at the airport to when we were taken back, which is a big plus! Thank you, we hope to return!

We would recommend this place.
This apartment is as described and in a good location for supermarket and restaurants. The balcony has a view over a side road and it fun watching the Maltese drivers park in spaces most would drive passed. Jason met us from the airport and showed us around so we could get our bearings. We spent two days using the ferry (only 10 minute walk) to Valletta and then hired a rental car from the local Hertz. We got a quote on line then phoned the local agent for a better price. See if you better 4 day hire of an automatic car with zero excess for 25 euros per day! The apartment has its own underground safe car park with a lift to the apartment floor. We would recommend this place.

Comfortable apartment in handy location
The apartment is of a very good standard, close to all amenities and especially good for the ferry across to Valletta. Recommend you book the transfer from and to the Airport, as this is done personally by Jason himself, who gives you a tour of the local area.

Sliema is Malta's preferred destination amongst tourists because of its location and the variety it has to offer to all its visitors. Situated on the western coast of Malta, Sliema is very close to the capital city of Valletta and St.Julian's (known for its nightlife). The top 5 attractions of Sliema are: 1. Shopping: Numerous branded shops are found along Bisazza Street, Tower Road and in front of the ferries. Besides, The Point Shopping complex situated at Tigne' Point has over 50 branded shops, including the famous UK brand Debenhams. 2. Beaches: The rocky beaches along the promenade of Sliema are picturesque and very popular among sea lovers in summer. There are numerous diving schools in this area and also some paid beach lidos along the coast with nice swimming pools. The wide promenade along the coast which stretches from Ta' Xbiex and continues up to St.Julian;s is not to be missed either during a sunny winter day or during a cool summer evening. 3. Restaurants: One can choose from different cuisines ranging from Mediterranean, Italian, Maltese, Thai, Japanese, American and Mexican. 4. Pubs/night life: Pubs are an ideal night out with friends or family, especially if going to enjoy a nice football match with a delicious beer. Food there is also great. The night life continues till the early hours of the following morning and is alive during the whole year. For those who like discotheques, Paceville is just 5minutes far by car. 5. Cruises: From the ferry area one can take different cruises, either to the capital city Valletta, or an underwater safari, or a day cruise round the Maltese islands or even a nice sunset cruise and enjoy a romantic atmosphere.
