This wonderfully planned space consists of open plan living leading onto the front terrace, a laundry room and drying terrace. Main bedroom enjoys en-suite and Walk in Wardrobe. Guest Access Communal Swimming Pool (Free and only available between the 1st of June and the 31st of October), Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the pool (Free), Underground parking (charges apply) and Walkways to Beach. Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort Fitness club (charges apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop. House Rules - For groups of more than 6 persons, the 7th and 8th Guest sleep on a provided folding bed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony. - Linen is changed once every 7 days during lets of longer than 14 days. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state. - Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request. - Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Eur 0.30/Kwh. - For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Eur 50 over and above the total booking amount to cover cleaning costs. - Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00 - A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm -- Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged. ENHANCED CLEANING AND HYGIENE PROTOCOL -- Your Safety is Important to Us: We are taking maximum precautions in our apartments, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Malta Tourism Authority and the health experts. Really impressive.
Stayed at this property during the second week in September.Plenty of room for five adults .Kitchen and dining facilities were great and the apartment was well provided with kitchen equipment.As other reviewers have mentioned, the balcony overlooking the sea is brilliant and we spent a lot of time on that balcony ( in fact every meal we had in the apartment was taken on the balcony and breakfasts were a real treat because of the morning sun. )We were impressed with the pool which actually was bigger than we thought because the photos do not really do it justice.Great location, really easy to get to Valleta via bus or ferry.Excellent communication with the owners including really efficent airport pick up and drop off.Really enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment!
Really lovely apartment with a gorgeous sea view! We had a lovely time here. Lots of space for little ones to run around and loved having so many bathrooms and bedrooms. We also booked transfers with the hosts and were very pleased with the service we received. Great location close to shops and the seafront.

Everything you could wish for
Apartment was wonderful, very spacious and airy. Everything necessary was provided. A welcome pack with milk bread etc was the only thing missing. We were in Malta to attend a family wedding and on the morning of the wedding the AC packed up! However this was fixed very quickly and caused minimal disruption. Attention to detail with everything........would highly recommend this apartment as it's close to all amenities, shops and ferry., all in all an excellent location.

Nice apartment, needs major cleaning
The good: great location - near Sliema shopping and restaurant hub and boats to Valetta (all within walking distance), but further away from the noise of the area. The apartment is spacious and the views are what you see in the photos! The hosts were punctual in meeting us at the beginning and the end of the stay. The not so good: Few days prior to arrival we were informed that a CASH security deposit would be required (not mentioned at the time of booking, as unpleasant as it was, the cash was returned at the end of the stay). The apartment was in need of a major cleaning (floors, bathrooms, furniture, etc). The apartment lacked expected conveniences (shampoo, kitchen towels).

Dear Bianna, I am grateful for your comments because we take note of each guest´s opinions with the goal to improve the service and to give the best of us. Regarding the security deposit, this is standard practice when you rent a self catering apartment and even though we prefer to have this in cash we also accept other payment methods. All you had to do is ask and we could have given you more information. I am sorry to hear that you did not find the cleaning of the apartment to your satisfaction. I never had such comments before and I am really surprised that you are only communicating this to me in a review. You never mentioned this to me during your stay nor before you left. If you had informed me about this when you arrived i would have sent the house maid to clean it again for you. Unfortunately now is too late. I would like to thank you for the nice comments about the apartment and hope I will have the pleasure to host you again!

appartement spacieux et vu magnifique sur la mer
très bel appartement avec vu splendide sur la mer, très bien situé tous les commerces à quelques pas de la résidence : grand centre commercial, épiceries du coin qui vend de superbes fruits et légumes de Malte, une poste, resto etc...pas besoin de voitures et le port avec tous les ferries et les bus sont juste en face de la résidence. Magnifique piscine ouverte mais encore fermée en avril et superbe salle de sport. Location de vélo en bas de la résidence sur le front de mer vraiment idéal. La gérante est disponible, sympathique et efficace au moindre besoin. Les points négatifs de cet appartement sont le manque de vaisselle (saladier, essoreuse à salade, petites tasses à café, petites cuillères...) la notice de la machine à laver et surtout des rideaux occultant ou stores car il n'y a pas de volets et il fait jour tôt donc impossible de dormir longtemps et il y a aussi tellement de vent à Malte qu'on entendait sans cesse le bruit du vent contre la fenêtre, donc prévoir boules caisses et masque de sommeil...

Stunning views
Lovely clean apartment, everything that you needed was supplied. Stunning views from our 9th floor balcony. All local amenities within walking distance. Fabulous communal pool. And on a direct bus route , so travelling around the island is not a problem.

Fantastic Apartment in great location w/ awesome views & great owners!
This was our first time in Malta. This apartment has so many pluses! 1) It has Air Conditioning - important is you are traveling when it's hot. 2) Great views - ocean view with large balcony to enjoy watching boats and the beautiful Mediterranean. Then another balcony on the back where you can see Msida and some of the Sliema harbor. 3) It's close to the bus stops - Malta has a great bus system that gets you everywhere and is easy to use (though their mobile app is not always accurate, Google maps does a better job with Route numbers) 4) Grocery, restaurants, mall and Sliema harbor are all within a 5-10 minute walk (depending on how fast you are :) I walk slow ) 5) The owners - Paula and Aaron are fabulous! Very friendly and attentive. They answered all questions quickly (before and during our stay). And when our Air Conditioning cut out (it was because of water conservation from the city at night, not because it was broken)- they came right away.the next morning. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport, so they made everything easy. 6) MALTA!!!! - the food, the history, the beautiful landscape, the sights, the people -- just a wonderful place to visit!!!

Excellent apartment with fantastic location!
This apartment was fabulous. We travelled with our 3 children aged 14, 12 & 10 and the apartment was clean & very spacious. The views from the balcony were just stunning. There is WIFI, which the kids loved & pay TV!! The location was amazing - we walked everywhere. There is a shopping centre 5 minutes down the road, there are great cafes & beautiful walks. Aaron & Paula were excellent to deal with & even organised our airport transfers. Being our first time in Malta, It would have been good to have an information book in the apartment with details of owners, local doctors, pharmacy, tour groups, etc but our drivers provided us with plenty of helpful information too. We highly recommend this property & will definitely be back to stay again!!
