Sarlat is so centrally located in the Perigord Noir that the Dordogne Valley with all it's Chateaux, the cliff hanging town of Rocamodour, the historically important Lascaux Cave Paintings, the Knights Templar town of Domme & even the vineyards of Bergerac, St.Emilion & Bordeaux are all only a short drive away.

HOUSE DETAILS

GROUND FLOOR: Full size kitchen fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, oven & gas hob, toaster, kettle & coffee machine. Living & dining area with period stone walls, exposed beams & a log burner + British satelite TV. Master bedroom with a 160cm King bed , ensuite shower room. Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room & garden views.

FIRST FLOOR: Master Bedroom with a 160cm. King bed & ensuite shower room.

LINENS & HEATING: We provide white cotton bed linens, one bath & hand towel per person + pool towel when needed. There are electric radiators in each room + the log burner.

GARDEN & POOL: The mature garden, surrounds the pool & south facing terrace with sun loungers, a large parasol & poolside shower. The 9 x 5 metres pool has a deep & shallow end & an alarm which can be activated by the turn of a key. There is a BBQ for your use. The garden has many mature trees & shrubs which create a lovely tranquil & private area. There is off road parking for several cars.
