(600 sq. ft); elegant, quiet and fully furnished; 2nd floor (of 4 story bldg); balcony faces green-space; full kitchen (stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle etc.) and bathroom (water 24/7; shower, separate bathtub; single unit washer-dryer located in bathroom). Comfortable living area (pull-out couch; flat-screen television with cable t.v. and internet; ipod dock-stereo). Spacious master bedroom. Lots of storage.
