The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This fully furnished 4 bedroom home features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an additional 2 family bathrooms. The home is of a good size and offers a comfortable living room situated around the main TV as well as a sunny dining area. The kitchen is full and offers a variety of all essentials such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave.

Outside your home you will find your pool situated on a sunny deck overlooking the golf course, making this home very peaceful and an ideal nature lovers spot. The deck is furnished with table and chairs as well as sun loungers for you sun worshipers.. This home is very relaxing and you are sure to feel "at home" as soon as you enter the doors to the moment you leave.
