Brand new; built in 2006, upper floor, 1900 sq ft. 2-bedroom, 3-bath luxury condominium with central air-conditioning and 2 large, furnished, well lit, covered lanais to enjoy the golf-course views. There is a two car garage and an in-unit washer and dryer. This new and elegantly furnished condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a King size bed in the Master suite, a Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a King size sofa-sleeper in the family room. All furnishings and decor are new and of the highest quality.
