The Tradewinds flight from San Juan to St. Barth's is easy and comfortable. The staff and pilots were friendly and helpful when going through customs on our return flight to San Juan from St. Barth's. This is the easiest way to get to St. Barth's while the St. Martin airport is rebuilt. The cost of the flight is pricey.

This is how an airlines SHOULD BE! The flight crews both getting to and from Gustavia, St Barthelemy couldn't have been nicer. They were friendly and helpful. They truly took care of us, even going so far as to recommend sites to see and visit. On our way home our pilots and one of the people at the airport were...

We flew United from Chicago to Antigua with a connection in Newark, NJ. Our return flight to Newark was cancelled due to weather. United rebooked us using Tradewind on Friday to St. Barts with a overnight stay. On Saturday, Tradewind was to take us on to San Juan Puerto Rico and then finally United back to Chicago. Doing some research...

Hello, I was in Saint Barth when it has been touched by the hurricane Irma and had the chance to be evacuated thanks to Tradewind Aviation. I would like to thank them for what they did and Laetitia Decreuse for her help, I could not have been evacuated without both of them. Thank you

The PERFECT way to avoid St Martin airport and arrive onto St Barts in style. Also have a passenger lounge in San Juan making this flight even nicer. Reaching San Juan is often easier than St Martin so another plus. The price is off set by the flight to reach SJU. The small plane has a "self serve" cabin steward...

Everyone at Tradewind makes flying with them an absolute pleasure. Although Tripadvisor makes you pick a class of service and the only option available is economy...the level of service is first class! There are only 8 seats or less on the aircraft depending on configuration. Great flights!!

We have just had another fabulous experience flying with Tradewind. We arrived in Antigua to connect to our scheduled flight to St Barths and were met by Dave, the local agent, who in his cheerful manner did his best to steer us through the bureaucracy that is Antigua Airport. Although our flight was due to depart at 16.50, as we...

We usually route through St. Maarten and use Winair to get to St. Barths but decided to try Tradewind for the route home. Great improvement. San Juan is a much more organized airport than St. Maarten. Staff of Tradewind were attentive and friendly and the plane was air conditioned and very stable for the size. I very much enjoyed San...

Round trip private charter. Flight crews very professional and equipment satisfactory. Ground crew in San Juan rude, careless, unprofessional, argumentative and unprofessional. Luggage was mishandled, not tagged and haphazardly put on other flights. There were bags missing and multiple employees yelled at us and insisted that we had all of our bags. They refused to call a supervisor. They tried...
