Kulula was on time and the flight was good You have to order water, coffee etc and pay for it The staff was friendly Only problem is that certain seats at the emergency exits do not have enough leg room

Kulula has become one of the worst airline carriers. They always delayed - flights are hardly on time. Their service has just detoriate. Communication is always late between passangers and airlines. Always let u know after u had to board that the flight is delayed. We loosing the brand and this put Kulula in a bad spotlight

It was my first ever experience with Kulula Airlines and it was quite satisfactory, the online booking, online checking, baggage drop at the airport and the flight itself were all smooth, without a hitch. The flight was on time. So no issues except that the baggage arrival on the carousel took very long, almost half an hour.

The airline does only one thing consistently and that is claim the spot for worst on time performance in South Africa. They also tend to give you fake updated departure times as if to soften the blow of the truth. Paid for a specific seat? Tough luck if they decide to change the equipment on the day.. you’ll never see...

Not a bad airline. Lots of flight times and schedules. But a lot/ most of the time theres delays. And they wouldn't tell you why. And not necessarily cheap

once again delayed by 3 hours, this is the level of service we have to put up with i find myself sitting in the airport havinf to wait for 3 hours and not even informed in advance that the flight is delayed, No customer service at all totally useless
