Always delayed and very expensive
This airline has gone downhill in the last couple of years. It’s ALWAYS delayed and the prices are ridiculously expensive.

Get the boat instead
Outward flight delayed 1 hour..Return flight delayed 1 hour 25 mins.. Spoke to other passengers who said the airline isnt what it used to be.

Sort it out Aurigny!
Second trip with Aurigny. Second time fa ring severe delays. How can an airline go from good service to being regularly appalling. This has become the norm. The only reason they haven’t gone bust is because they have a strangle-hold on the local market. Worse than useless.

Cancelled flight - blatant liars
Flight back to Manchester was cancelled on the day. Automatically booked onto a flight 3 DAYS LATER. Had to call up and demand a flight change. Only option was to fly to Liverpool the following day and transfer via taxi to get to Manchester. Aurigny denied my compensation claim suggesting it was cancelled due to weather. This was a lie. They also claimed the weather issues happened 6 days after the flight, which made no sense. They have multiple cancellations because their fleet is unreliable and staff max out their working hours. They are unfortunately the only airline serving Guernsey so their awful service will impact on tourism.…
