They over book their ALL flights, bumped me off my flight to San Juan, directed me to Delta and send me to Atlanta, I had to pay for the new flights, luggage, transport between airports to connect out of Atlanta. Vacation time and money wasted. They kept my money for 12 months before refunding and only repaid the airfare, not any of the other expenses due to their poor system, it was not an error as this is how they always conduct business. Their head office staff were far worse than the airport staff, truly disgusting to deal with. They have no respect for their passengers. NEVER FLY WITH SEABORNE!!
