Always takes off on time, staff efficient, priority boarding good, good value for money, could have better sandwiches and snacks. Baby belt has to be specifically requested. Flight attendants a bit too loudly chatty - within earshot if you sit in rows 30-32.

Despite a shaky start due to some 'technical' issue (which we eere told once on board was the aircon) we were left to stand inside the sky bridge, in the heat with no ventilation, let alone aircon, we wete told to go back to the boarding gate inside the building and reboarded 10 minutes later, we reached DUR only 10...

The cost of the flight is the main thing that attracts you to using this airline. But it is excellent. Always on time. Always clean. Pleasant staff. You can buy snacks on board. Reasonable prices - or take your own ! What more do u need

Enjoyable flight. Even though it was delayed, they made all efforts to communicate. The crew was incredibly professional and went out their way to make us comfortable and accommodating. Even the check-in staff was incredibly courteous.

These guys and girls are always on time, very professional pilots - the holding company has been around since the 1960s so they have experienced staff. Best is they keep up with the latest Rules and regulations, wo you may use your phone in flight mode, even during takeoff and landing. No more boring magazines to read :)

Bad attitide from air hostess. Flights also more than 45 late to depart earlier today (despite claim to be 'most on time' airline). Despite doors being open and flight just starting to board, air hostess insisted on interrupting business call to do 'safety briefing' at emergency exit. Despite request to postpone her 'briefing'. I am writing this review 15 mins...

The best flight I have ever had and I'm glad it's Mintek that made it all possible for me in 2016 for the National finals and it was my firstflight ever.

It was an early morning flight to Johannesburg for our onward flights to India. Check-in staff was helpful and everything went smooth. The flight was on time.
