Although the service is great, you are best advised not to check in any luggage. My suitcase arrived on the carousel looking as though it had been dragged across the tarmac. Air North's response: normal wear and tear.

The customer service at check-in at Toronto airport was terrible. The guy who was checking in at airport was very rude. He dont know how to deal with passenger in difficult situation. My experience at airport was very bad but inflight it was very good.

My husband and I had our first experience on Air North yesterday. We just can't get over the great service we had. The attendants were so very friendly and happy to help. My husband is hard of hearing and often we find people get a little impatient but not on Air North they were just so nice. Also I had no idea that such a nice lunch would be served ! What a surprise that was. When the warm cookies came, Wow! Well done Air North we had a super trip and have already told friends about it. We will defiantly fly with you again. Thank you to the crew on board our flight!…

My mother of 77 years and my two underaged nephews flew from Kelowna to Vancouver return. The service was excellent, the flight on the 737 was comfortable and quick. They were very good at assisting my mother and nephews! Highly recommend!
