This airline is fantastic. I enjoy flying with Air North since day one, in 2008. They are always convenient, friendly, on time, and their cost $$$ average. The competition in Canada with air fares/prices are ferocious, not easy business. So I encourage customers to go and fly with this Yukon company, simply because they give the product you pay for!...

Air North service and warm cookies can not be topped. On top of offering air fares that are consistently lower than Air Canada or West Jet you are rewarded with two FREE bags, food, and a warm cookie. Connections from Air North work well to eastern Canada destinations AND they will connect your bags to the flight on the other...

Flight delayed by 10 minutes because of late loading of baggage. However we arrived at our destination on time.Boarding was orderly and smooth.Flight attendants provided excellent services and are very friendly. Ample space for hand luggage as flight was not full. It was my first time taking the airline and was pleasantly surprised at what it provided for snacks, a plate...

I arrived on time on my flight from Yellowknife and the flight back. The flight attendants where pleasant and attentive. Meals were nicely presented (and tasty) The Pilots could be heard clearly when they gave their updates.

We had a wonderful flight! It was great, hardly any turbulence. The food was shockingly good for an airplane. The seats were very comfortable and the leg room was sufficiently better than most planes. Would highly suggest flying this airline

My second time flying them up to the Yukon. The first thing that stands out is the personnel. Fantastic at all levels. Had to change flights several times due to problems on a hunt in Northern Canada. Customer service was fantastic. On the actual flights, the crew, ticket agents, and gate agents were the best. I am a pilot for...

This is a great airline, I wish all the major airlines would step up to Air North standards. They don't nickel and dime you for carry on or luggage. We enjoyed a comfortable flight, the air crew was very nice. They served real food which we didn't know was available and just before you land they come by with a...

Flew from Ottawa to Whitehorse via Yellowknife this week. Beats going via Vancouver both time and price wise. The service on board was amazing: Friendly staff, great snacks and food. It felt like flying with family. Would definitely fly with these guys again!
