Initially we were afraid to use the airline because of all the negative review. The flight was smooth coming from San Francisco to Tahiti and vise versa. So thankful for this airline that we were able to come back to French Polynesia without spending too much $$$. We will definitely use this airline again!

I just want to share my experience so you are careful in your dealings with this airline. On their website in the french tradition last name comes first. I ended up with my first and last names switched. To correct this error they charged 150$. Customer service is not part of the deal.

I booked this flight on a snap call because well, I'm super cheap. Only after I booked the trip did I check out the airline reviews only to find that the reviews are horrendous. Needless to say I was a bit worried before heading to the airport. My return flight landed last night and I must say that the whole...

We were horrified by all the negative comments in here but it was a pure delight flying with French Bee. Yeah, it's not free to eat and drink although water is always free. But the seats were comfy, the crew was stylish, helpful and nice, good selection of movies and music... super good everything! We had 3 long flights with...

Stay away from this airline. They are cheap and I decided to try it when they added service to Tahiti, but it definitely wasn't worth the hassles. The customer service is terrible. There is never any manager available and the reps don't know how to answer any questions. I would definitely not recommend this airline and advise you to pay...

We were concerned with some of the reviews of French Bee, but we had a wonderful experience with the company. We purchased economy seats, but upgraded for extra leg-room (worth it!) and for a comfort care pack (earplugs, meal, etc.). The plane was new and quiet and their customer service was incredible. On the 8-hour flight, the attendants cleaned and...

Like many other reviewers have mentioned, French Bee is a value airline so you'll get nickel and dimed for checking in luggage, plane meal, etc -- but the base ticket price is really good. Our plane was delayed by over an hour, and that seems to be the norm, so French Bee isn't a great choice if you're trying to...

We just came back from our 4 weeks vacation to French Polynesia and San Francisco. We travelled with the 2 kids, this would have never been possible without French Bee <3 We payed less than 1000 Euro each for the return ticket (2*22hour flight!). I started to stress because of all the bad reviews, but I guess the people with...

It’s been a nightmare. They basically have no customer complaint department, for a reason!!! After cancelling my flight, and offering me a morning flight instead (which I couldn’t take). They then wouldn’t let me book the next day without paying €80 so I was delayed for 2 days. But I accepted this as customer services promised me that French Bee...

Avoid this airline like you'd avoid plague. They cancelled their flight at the last moment, after we had arrived at the airport. Then they said they will reimburse us for all the costs incurred for staying locally and put us on the next days' flight. We spend money from our own pocket to stay/commute/eat locally. They have not reimbursed us...
