Our flight from labuan bajo to Denpasar got canceled withot any warning. As we were 5p, they only could place us on another flight 10h later. 3 days later, we needed to got from Lombok to Denpasar, and our flight was rescheduled 6 hours earlier then planned. Their explanation why they didn’t warn us was that there wasn’t place for...

The good: the plane was clean and seemed modern - all prop planes but decent seats and carry on space. The crew were competent. The bad: Almost all the flights we took on Wings were late, any where from 40 minutes to 1 hour plus The caveat: The traffic was so horrendous when we were there that twice we arrived...

Because this was the last leg of 3 flight trip and fully booked, forced to stay in a hotel. Not one word of English spoken by the staff and the check in was a nightmare. I thought this was a bit of a let down for the start of a beautiful surf trip in Nias but please read on. Got...

Good flight, but suggest that if you have onward flights and are travelling light, only check-in your luggage to Kupang. Wings have a 10Kg allowance on luggage and tend to want everything in the hold. We had less then 15kgs between us, but they placed it in the hold and checked it to Jakarta - waiting for the baggage almost...

Get to gate for a 11:45am flight and they tell us it left at 6am and we were not informed because we didn’t provide an Indonesian number at booking. Didn’t fancy emailing us then? Even checked their website the night before and flight details were the same. Told to go away until 7pm and that we would have to spent...

We booked a flight scheduled for 11am, arrived to check-in to be told they had changed the flight to 6.30pm, no notice was provided. All other flights on other carriers were booked so we couldn't fly with an alternative airline. We arrived back at the airport to check-in for the 6.30pm, arrived at the gate to then be told there...

ONLY 10 kilo of baggage. 35.000 Rp per extra kilo, to pay cash in the hands of the friendly and young casier without any document. Black money thus. I thought corruption in Indonesia was disappeared ;p The flight was ok, only 40 minutes of delay which is good with the cheap flight of Indonesia.

Total chaos from start to finish. Only one person on one check in desk with enormous queue. Dealing with 2 separate flights. No flights info screen. Flight to Bali was 3 hours delayed. No communication, no information. Humourless, dour staff. More interested in talking to themselves than to passengers. Never again.
