On a business class flight from Lagos to Monrovia I was confident that a three hour transfer time in Abidjan would leave plenty of time transfer. Boy was I wrong, with many on our flight extremely upset, shouting and protesting the method of our transfer. Although the airport appears to be clean, modern and well-kept the flights pass through immigration...

This was a short flight from Lagos to Abidjan. The flight was late and as it was a business trip, it resulted in good amount of time loss for me. The flight was strictly OK.

In a nutshell, my round trip from Dakar to Abuja (transiting in Abidjan) was a nightmare. All the flights were delayed. My baggage did not arrive with the flight even though we delayed for that exact purpose. My trip was for 5 days and my baggage arrived after 4. No clothing allowance, nothing. On return, the flight delayed again and...

A very short and expensive flight I have no real complaint abut the Airlines but the ticket was very expensive for a flight which only lasted 55 minutes.

Air Core d’Ivoire connects West Africa from its hub in Abidjan. It is sometimes the service to get from place to place in French West Africa. Seats are Ok but varies from Aircraft to aircraft. the service is OK and food is acceptable.

A well run domestic service, let down by recurring ground-staff errors and delays. Impressive to see the captain running from the planer to expedite personally the correction of shoddy ground staff documentation. The Dash 8-400's are well maintained, even if the cabins are just a little tired and the pilots are clearly highly experienced and competent. Our short flight to...

So I was supposed to fly from Abidjan to Lomé. Flight to leave at 8pm. Well, 8pm came by and no one was saying anything about time to leave. Finally we left at 9:30pm. Then we landed at midnight and we were in Cotonou !!! not Lomé. Nothing was said before we had landed. They took us to a room...

I had a terrible experience with my luggage going from Abuja to Cotonou. My suitcase was wrongly tagged from Abuja. Rather than being tagged to Cotonou, it was tagged to Abidjan where I had transited to catch the connecting flight to Cotonou. It took 3 days for my suitcase to arrive Cotonou after several unanswered calls and emails. On my...

I was planning on spending New Year’s Eve in Abidjan so was looking at options to go from Lagos to Abidjan. I wanted a direct flight, so decided to try Air Cote d’Ivoire. Recently, the airline has taken possession of new aircraft from Airbus so I was looking forward to trying their product. I had initially tried to purchase my...

Flying from Dakar to Abidjan, Air Côte d'Ivoire is a good option consider with a good quality/price in the West Africa region. Flight on time with a nice service on board. With several departures from Dakar in the week, Air Côte d'Ivoire offers options to travellers to Abidjan especially with the new airport located a bit far from Dakar.
