Coming from CT to Ski Colorado, Walk up to the Boutique Air desk and get laughed at by the woman behind the counter as she says" You dont think your taking those skis with you, do you". She says " it says it on our website, no Ski's". I was shocked, you fly to ski areas but don't take the...

United arranged for me to travel from IAH to Denver , from Denver I transferred to Boutique air, The check in was relatively quick and informal, the plane was a comfortable Pilatus pc-12 with propeller at the tip of plane, the ride was very smooth and casual, our flight attendant pointed to a small refrigerator and shelf , where you...

Contacted the airlines 40 minutes after the flight was supposed to land to see if I could get an update on how much longer the flight would be or if it even took off since the flight had been cancelled several days in a row. I was told they didn’t have any updates on the flight. There wasn’t any records...

When I booked the flight I didn’t realize the small 8 seater jets so of course my luggage for 2 weeks couldn’t fly with me. So flying to visit the area we only had close small airports to chose from with small planes. We shipped our large luggage home and kept our carry ones. The flight staff were wonderful and...

My husband and I booked flights on Boutique from Chadron, NE, an hour and a half from where we live in SD, to fly one way to Denver to pick up a new car. It saved us driving two vehicles on a 5.5 hour return to home. After we booked, I read the reviews here and was a little skeptical....

Boutique Air was the worst flying experience of my life. As I read these reviews- it is interesting that the airline has 2.5 stars however a large abundance of one star reviews are in the last three months. This would lead me to believe something is going very wrong at this company. One other note before I explain our situation-...

Unless your only other choices are walking or riding a bicycle, do not choose this carrier. I learned at 6 a.m. that my 7:25 a.m. flight to LA would be delayed 1 1/2 hours because BA had no flight crew. The delay (and extremely last-minute notification) meant I missed my 11:45 a.m. flight from LAX as well as all connecting...

Left my children’s bag at Denver airport after being told our flight was delayed because they were ensuring all our bags would be on flight. Even saw my bag sitting outside on runway. Got to Alamosa and bag was not there. Got no explanation but was told it would be there the next day and I would have to drive...

Boutique flys a twin engine prop plane seating 10. The seats are very comfortable. It's a quick flight so they don't get very high, a few thousand feet. The atmosphere was a little rough so the plane moved around some, which I love. Unfortunately the return flight on 12/27 was cancelled due to a severe storm front moving through so...
