I like the airline. It was only a short flight but we had more leg space there then other airlines. You pay for what you want.

During the short flight we entered a sudden storm and the experience went into complete chaos. For approx 20 mins we were thrown around the aircraft without even an explanation from the captain. The passengers were in total fear of their lives (including myself) as the aeroplane plummeted down, as well as shaking from side to side - not your...

Aircraft was delayed due to issues with inbound aircraft encountering difficulty getting to Doha from Muscat and having to divert to Al Ain. UAE authorities would not let it take off back to Doha without first having to come back to Muscat. No apology. No explanation from the airline. Found out this from the Airport who only found out the...

Salam Air is a reasonably priced airline so you get what you pay for. Based on reviews I was expecting major delays but was pleased that only the DOH-MCT flight was pushed back by 30mins. The service was very good and the staff were very helpful, they did seem to spend a lot of time dealing with customer complaints but...

My flight was delayed then cancelled. Ground and telephone staff had no idea. Months later, They keep promising a refund but it appears that there is no intention to refund. This airline operates out of oman and is a disgrace to Oman and gives Oman a very poor commercial image. Is there a Oman lawyer who wants to take them...

Booked a Salam flight and you will find yourself on a leased aircraft, today is a 50 year airplane from Vietnamese Air that looks like it’s been stored in the desert for 49 of those years. Seats broken Armrests MISSING !!! Shocking considering Emirates and fly Dubai are similar in flight booking costs. The only good thing to mention is...
