I used salaam air to travel from Muscat to Dubai, I had taken a "Food Combo" of 5 OMR 5 (AED 50) which consisted of a pack3t of biscuit, water, juice and a plastic cup of poorly made coffee which all togetherightve costed around OMR 1 and was bought in wholesale. Additionally one of the staff had dropped soup on...

Opted for this airline because the return flight was at convenient time of arrival in Dubai. The cabin crew were helpful, rearranging seating for a Chinese family of four, who had been allocated individual seats. Service was minimal but this airline was the most competitively priced, and this was to be expected.

My humble request to all, please for God sake never opt for Salam airlines ever. One of the worst service I have ever seen. Regular flight delays, no proper coordination, rude behaviour with customers. I personally got struck in muscat airport for 9 hrs for no fault of ours. Plz plz plz stop using Salam air .

There cannot be worst airlines than Salaam Air. The airlines almost everyday gets delayed by not few minutes but hours. The staff at the airport runs away as they dont know when the flight will go. The call center has naive and untrained people sitting who donot understand anything including language. They cannot help you. I was travelling from Dubai...

I was flying to Salalah from Dubai via Muscat.flight to Muscat was delayed by 2 hours however the connecting flight took off as per schedule from MCT leaving passengers stranded at Muscat airport for 7 hours until the next flight. No explanation offered. They have no desk at the airport to take complaints either. Plus their call centre is useless....
