I paid $197.00 to travel from Quito to Bogota with one 20Kg case, one 10kg personal wallet and one backpack, the Callcenter's girl is so kindly and nice and she help me to change the date of my flight. I hasn't problem in online checking, I hasn't problem to document my case. I think take next flights in the future.

It´s a low cost airline. My wife and Me didn´t have problems. The airplane landed in Panama Pacific Airport and the Migration process was very slow ( aorund 2 hrs).

My boyfriend and I bought a round trip ticket from Bogota to Cancun and this airline cancel the ticket back to Bogota for no reason. I really can't believe that this kind of company can exists what they really do is steel money from people. Fortunately the ticket was paid with an American credit card and we could made a...

Due to untrue information given to me by Wingo service centre I had to pay for printing my boarding pass at the airport (because at the time it wasn't possible to do an online check-in). It took me more than an hour at the airport to get everything sorted and in the end I still had to pay the fee....

I have been traveling a lot, taking low coast airlines around the globe and this Arline shouldn’t be doing business at all! I arrived 2,5 hours before my international flight to Mexico City from Bogota departed and it took the counter stuff a good 90 minutes to process 15 passengers that were ahead of me. They were purposely slow, chatting...

Bogota airport requires a physical paper boarding pass and wingo won't print boarding passes at the the checkin desk or their ticket office and I had to go find a small internet cafe and pay to use the internet and print my boarding pass. I also had to figure this out based purely on their directions in Spanish because they...

It's a low cost airline, so if you have more than one carry - on you'll have to pay extra. The airline has cabin service but you have to pay for everything, even for glass of water. So, you get what you paid, they take you from one place to another, tha'ts it. Flights on time and great people on...

We fly WINGO from Havana to Bogota and in Bogota airport we found the two checked backpacks were totally open and some valuables were stolen, they even take the sunglasses. And you cannot make a complaint through WINGO's website as it always reture sever error in the page "Talk to US".

I arrived 4 minutes after the flight was closed, about 8.04 am (flight scheduled 8.59 am), it happens sometimes, we were stack in traffic jam (they close Panamericana after the Puente de las Americas) and GPS sent the Uber driver via a longer route via Veracruz and it is generally quite complicated to get there, with long way-around routes and...
